Urgent requirement: we are hiring an argon welding operator in Monroe County, Michigan. What we are looking for: • ITI or trade certificate in welding an advantage • Good eyesight for fine sheet-metal work On the job you will handle: • Read welding symbols and joint details off the fabrication drawing • Set the argon flow on the flowmeter and check the hose for leaks • Weld thin stainless steel sheet without burning through • Keep the arc length and travel speed consistent • Clamp and fit up components on the jig before welding Pay around $6,750 per project, based on your experience.
