Rigger — Pulaski County

Urgent requirement: we are hiring a rigger in Pulaski County, Virginia. You will be based in a heavy machinery workshop. Requirements: • Proven experience as a rigger on construction or industrial sites • Confident with standard crane hand signals • Physically fit to handle heavy chains, slings and shackles Day-to-day duties: • Secure loads with turnbuckles, chain blocks and lever hoists • Inspect slings, shackles and eyebolts for wear, kinks and cracks before each use • Tag and quarantine any damaged or out-of-date rigging gear • Coordinate tandem and multi-crane lifts with the signaller At least 2 year(s) in a similar role.
