Now hiring: we are hiring a cnc setter-operator in Meeker County, Minnesota. You will work in a tool room. Day-to-day duties: • Top up coolant and clear swarf from the bed • Load and index turning tools in the turret • Watch the machine through the cycle and clear alarms or crashes • Deburr and chamfer machined parts by hand • Run facing, turning, boring, grooving and threading cycles What we are looking for: • ITI / NCVT certificate in the machinist (turner) trade preferred • Willing to work rotating day and night shifts • Confident with micrometers, vernier calipers and bore gauges 4+ years on the tools preferred.
