Vacancy available: we are hiring a fry cook in Polk County, North Carolina. The job is in a hospital or office canteen. You will chop, dice and portion vegetables, fish and meat; taste and adjust seasoning for consistency; keep the station clean and sanitised throughout the shift; prepare the mise en place before each service. Ideal candidate: • Able to stand for long shifts and work in heat • Familiar with North Indian, tandoor and continental cooking • Able to lift heavy stock pots and sacks of supplies We offer $3,000 per month plus benefits.
