Reinforcement fitter — Uvalde County

Now hiring: we are hiring a reinforcement fitter in Uvalde County, Texas. You will work on an infrastructure project such as a metro or flyover. The role involves tie bar intersections with binding wire using a tie hook or pliers; fit mechanical couplers where shown on the drawings; fix cover blocks and spacers to maintain concrete cover; lift and land prefabricated cages with the crane and banksman. What we are looking for: • Physically fit for heavy lifting and long spells bending and kneeling • Own basic tools such as pliers, tie hook, tape and level • Willing to work outdoors in all weather and to tight pour dates Freshers welcome — about 3 years of practice is enough.
