On the job you will handle: • Check finished products for colour, crumb and weight • Score the top of loaves before baking • Decorate cakes with icing, fondant and fresh cream • Prove dough in the proofer at the right temperature and humidity You should have: • Able to lift 25 kg flour sacks • 2+ years' experience as a baker • Knowledge of dough fermentation and proving 5+ years on the tools preferred.
