PVC window installer — Chester County

Great opportunity: we are hiring a PVC window installer in Chester County, South Carolina. You will be based on site fitting windows in new-build flats. On a typical shift you will glaze the double-glazed units, set the packers and bed the glass square; install finished windows and doors, pack and anchor-fix them, then foam and silicone the perimeter; rout lock and hardware pockets with the copy router; fit fly screens, sills and trickle vents; cut uPVC profiles to size on a double-mitre saw at 45 degrees; clean welded corners on a corner-cleaning machine and chisel off the weld flash. What we are looking for: • Comfortable handling and lifting glazed units safely • Own basic hand tools (tape, square, screw gun) • Accurate measuring and squaring to within a couple of millimetres Part-time with flexible hours.
