Powder coating line operator — Yuma County

Great opportunity: we are hiring a powder coating line operator in Yuma County, Colorado. Ideal candidate: • Knowledge of pre-treatment and phosphating process • Able to stand long shifts and lift parts up to 20 kg On the job you will handle: • Inspect the finish for runs, orange peel and bare patches • Pre-treat parts through phosphating and rinse tanks • Cure coated parts in the curing oven at set temperature and time • Record batch numbers, oven temperatures and coating thickness • Apply an even powder coat with the electrostatic spray gun Pay around $3,900 per month, based on your experience. Six days a week, one day off. Walk-in interviews this week.
