Hydraulic press operator — Santa Fe County

We are recruiting: we are hiring a hydraulic press operator in Santa Fe County, New Mexico. The job is at a busy press shop. What we are looking for: • Physically fit to stand a full shift and lift blanks up to 20 kg • Basic understanding of metal grades and thicknesses On a typical shift you will top up the press hydraulic oil and grease the slide ways; fit and check guards, light curtains and safety interlocks before starting; deburr and stack finished components for the next operation; clear scrap and offcuts from the die area; operate mechanical, hydraulic and pneumatic power presses. Freshers welcome — about 5 years of practice is enough. Rotating shifts. Walk-in interviews this week.
