Immediate opening: we are hiring a confectioner in Cole County, Missouri. On a typical shift you will roll out short-crust and biscuit dough; knead and develop dough by hand and in the spiral mixer; check finished products for colour, crumb and weight; monitor oven temperature and baking time for each batch. Requirements: • Familiar with deck, rack and convection ovens • Understanding of food-safety and HACCP basics • Basic cake decorating and piping skills At least 1 year(s) in a similar role.
