Oven operator — Caldwell County

We are recruiting: we are hiring an oven operator in Caldwell County, Missouri. The job is in a bread factory. Ideal candidate: • Familiar with deck, rack and convection ovens • Able to work early-morning and night shifts • 2+ years' experience as a baker The role involves weigh and mix flour, yeast, water and salt to the day's recipe; check finished products for colour, crumb and weight; knead and develop dough by hand and in the spiral mixer; decorate cakes with icing, fondant and fresh cream.
