The role involves: • Manage the tandoor and skewer kebabs • Prepare stocks, sauces and soups from scratch • Cook dishes to order on the grill, fry and sauté stations • Monitor food temperatures and run regular HACCP checks You should have: • Good teamwork and clear communication under pressure • Strong knife skills and speed on the line At least 1 year(s) in a similar role.
