Fabrication workshop technician • Briscoe County, Texas

We are recruiting: we are hiring a fabrication workshop technician in Briscoe County, Texas. You will work on site fitting windows in new-build flats. Requirements: • Driving licence for measure-up and site-fitting visits • Able to read cutting lists and fabrication drawings • An eye for finish — no scratches, clean welds, flush beads On a typical shift you will wrap, label and load finished units for delivery without scratching the profile; take site measurements of openings before fabrication; cut uPVC profiles to size on a double-mitre saw at 45 degrees; fit EPDM gaskets and brush-pile weather seals along the rails; check the frame for square by measuring the diagonals; fuse-weld frame and sash corners on the welding machine and check the weld seam. 5+ years on the tools preferred.
