We are recruiting: we are hiring a chef de partie in Cherokee County, Kansas. You will be based at a roadside dhaba. You will chop, dice and portion vegetables, fish and meat; prepare the mise en place before each service; taste and adjust seasoning for consistency; follow cleaning schedules and wash down work surfaces. Ideal candidate: • Able to read and follow recipes and dockets • Willing to work split shifts, weekends and public holidays Rotating shifts.
