Dough maker — Logan County

We are recruiting: we are hiring a dough maker in Logan County, Kansas. You will be based at an in-store supermarket bakery. You should have: • Able to lift 25 kg flour sacks • 2+ years' experience as a baker The role involves rotate stock and follow FIFO on raw materials; laminate puff and croissant dough by folding in the butter; grease and clean baking trays, tins and moulds; roll out short-crust and biscuit dough; knead and develop dough by hand and in the spiral mixer. Six days a week, one day off. Meals and transport allowance provided. Walk-in interviews this week.
