Immediate opening: we are hiring a prep cook in Boone County, Kentucky. Day to day you will check deliveries and rotate stock using FIFO; monitor food temperatures and run regular HACCP checks; manage the tandoor and skewer kebabs; keep the station clean and sanitised throughout the shift; chop, dice and portion vegetables, fish and meat; cook dishes to order on the grill, fry and sauté stations. What we are looking for: • Sound knowledge of HACCP and food safety standards • Able to lift heavy stock pots and sacks of supplies • Food hygiene / FoSTaC certificate At least 6 year(s) in a similar role.
