Power float operator — Petroleum County

Great opportunity: we are hiring a power float operator in Petroleum County, Montana. Day-to-day duties: • Float and trowel surfaces with a bull float and power trowel for a smooth finish • Cure slabs by ponding, wet hessian or curing compound for the required days • Give broom or steel-trowel finishes as specified • Discharge and place concrete from transit mixers and pumps into the forms • Strip and clean formwork once the concrete has gained strength • Lay PCC blinding and the damp-proof membrane over the prepared subgrade You should have: • ITI in masonry or civil work an added advantage • Willing to wear safety boots, helmet and full PPE At least 2 year(s) in a similar role.
