Backhoe loader operator — Darke County

Vacancy available: we are hiring a backhoe loader operator in Darke County, Ohio. Requirements: • Able to read levels, pegs and basic site drawings • Comfortable working long shifts in dust, heat and noise • Knowledge of pre-start inspections and basic machine maintenance You will operate the boom, stick and bucket to dig, lift and place material; level and grade the road sub-base to the surveyor's pegs and string lines; carry out daily pre-start checks on engine oil, coolant, hydraulic fluid and track tension; grease the pins, bushings and slew ring at the start of each shift; break rock and concrete with the hydraulic breaker attachment; load and unload the machine on and off the low-loader safely.
