Blocklayer — Baxter County

Join our team: we are hiring a blocklayer in Baxter County, Arkansas. The job is on a new-build development. On the job you will handle: • Building cavity walls and bedding in wall ties and insulation • Installing damp-proof courses, lintels and cavity trays • Forming arches, piers and reveals around openings • Checking every course for height and level with a gauge rod • Spreading and furrowing mortar beds with the trowel • Setting out walls from the drawings and marking the brick gauge Requirements: • Reliable timekeeping and able to hit daily brick targets • Proven experience laying facing and engineering bricks Full-time, day shift.
