Join our team: we are hiring a rigging foreman in Madera County, California. You will work in a heavy machinery workshop. What we are looking for: • Sharp eye for safety and hazard awareness • Proven experience as a rigger on construction or industrial sites The role involves direct the crane operator with standard hand signals and radio; coordinate tandem and multi-crane lifts with the signaller; tag and quarantine any damaged or out-of-date rigging gear; secure loads with turnbuckles, chain blocks and lever hoists; establish exclusion zones and keep workers clear of the lift area. 5+ years on the tools preferred.
