Steam press operator — Marshall County

We are recruiting: we are hiring a steam press operator in Marshall County, Illinois. The job is in a garment export house. Requirements: • Comfortable standing long shifts in a hot, humid environment • Able to operate a steam press, vacuum table and fusing machine The role involves check every piece for scorch marks, shine and water spots; give each garment a final press before packing; meet the daily piece target without damaging garments; hang or fold pressed garments and pass them to packing; use a pressing cloth to protect delicate fabrics; spray water or starch to set sharp creases on trousers and shirts. At least 6 year(s) in a similar role. Full-time, day shift. A stable, long-term role with a friendly crew. Pay around $4,300 per month, based on your experience. Walk-in interviews this week.
