Auto painter — Marin County

Great opportunity: we are hiring an auto painter in Marin County, California. You will be based in a car refinishing workshop. On a typical shift you will prime and seal bare metal to stop rust; wet-sand and buff out runs, orange peel and dust nibs; apply primer, base coat and clear coat with an HVLP spray gun; mix and tint paint to match the customer's colour code. Requirements: • Skilled with HVLP and gravity-feed spray guns • 2+ years' experience in automotive refinishing • Able to read and match factory paint codes At least 2 year(s) in a similar role.
