Powder coating operator — Milam County

Urgent requirement: we are hiring a powder coating operator in Milam County, Texas. The role involves inspect the finish for runs, orange peel and bare patches; stack and pack finished parts without scratching the coat; pre-treat parts through phosphating and rinse tanks; record batch numbers, oven temperatures and coating thickness; reclaim and sieve overspray powder for reuse. Ideal candidate: • Keen eye for finish quality and surface defects • Comfortable working in a masked, ventilated booth • Able to stand long shifts and lift parts up to 20 kg Pay around $2,700 per month, based on your experience.
