The role involves weigh and mix flour, yeast, water and salt to the day's recipe; keep work surfaces and equipment clean to food-safety standards; rotate stock and follow FIFO on raw materials; roll out short-crust and biscuit dough; boil sugar syrup for glazes and icing. Ideal candidate: • Able to work early-morning and night shifts • 2+ years' experience as a baker • Able to lift 25 kg flour sacks Six days a week, one day off.
