Immediate opening: steam press operator (Delta State)

Vacancy available: we are hiring a steam press operator in Sapele, Delta State. You will be based in a busy laundry. On the job you will handle: • Keep the boiler topped up and hold steady steam pressure • Give each garment a final press before packing • Check every piece for scorch marks, shine and water spots • Remove creases, wrinkles and packing folds with a steam iron • Press open seams, darts and pleats during stitching • Set the iron temperature to suit cotton, silk, wool and synthetic fabrics What we are looking for: • Able to keep pace with line speed and piece targets • Physically fit to lift bundles and handle repetitive work • 1-2 years' experience pressing garments in a factory Six days a week, one day off. Pay around ₦160,000 per month, based on your experience. Walk-in interviews this week.
