Immediate opening: formwork carpenter (Alaska)

Great opportunity: we are hiring a formwork carpenter in Denali Borough, Alaska. The job is on a metro and tunnel project. Your main tasks: • Fix stop ends and kickers at the construction joints • De-nail, clean and stack the panels for reuse • Set up adjustable steel props and falsework to support the slab decking • Brace and strut the formwork to stop movement during the pour Requirements: • Hands-on with timber, plywood and system formwork • Able to read formwork and structural drawings • Confident working at height on scaffold and decking 6+ years on the tools preferred.
