Immediate opening: grill cook (England)

Immediate opening: we are hiring a grill cook in Southend-on-Sea, England. Day to day you will follow standardised recipes and stick to portion sizes; label and date all prepped ingredients in the walk-in; chop, dice and portion vegetables, fish and meat; knead dough and bake breads such as roti, naan and paratha; taste and adjust seasoning for consistency. You should have: • Food hygiene / FoSTaC certificate • Good teamwork and clear communication under pressure • Sound knowledge of HACCP and food safety standards At least 6 year(s) in a similar role. On-the-job training and a clear path to grow. Part-time with flexible hours. Walk-in interviews this week.
