Join our team: we are hiring a head butcher in Gurara, Niger State. Requirements: • 2+ years experience working as a butcher • Able to use a band saw, grinder and sausage filler You will keep HACCP hygiene records and sanitise the block and tools; vacuum-pack and wrap customer orders; monitor chiller and freezer temperatures to keep the cold chain; keep halal cuts separated and clearly handled; stuff and link fresh sausages with casings; portion steaks, chops and cutlets to the ordered weights.
