The role involves fill cracks and nail holes with filler and caulk the gaps; clean brushes, rollers and spray kit with thinners after each job; sand and fill walls before applying primer; mix and tint paint to match colour swatches; prep and prime metal, treating rust with red-oxide primer. You should have: • Comfortable working at height on ladders and scaffolding • Own brushes and basic hand tools Part-time with flexible hours. Overtime paid at a premium rate.
