Milling machine operator — Dallam County

Urgent requirement: we are hiring a milling machine operator in Dallam County, Texas. You will be based at an automotive components factory. Day-to-day duties: • Run first-off parts and check dimensions before batch production • Monitor tool wear and change blunt inserts and cutters • Keep in-process inspection records and log production counts • Set up and operate vertical and horizontal milling machines • Read engineering drawings and GD&T to plan the machining sequence You should have: • Able to grind and set HSS cutters • Knows feeds, speeds and tooling for steel, aluminium and cast iron Freshers welcome — about 6 years of practice is enough.
