Immediate opening: we are hiring a meat cutter in Summers County, West Virginia. You will work in a supermarket meat department. What we are looking for: • Physically fit to lift carcasses and stand all day • Quick and accurate on the weighing scales and order maths Day to day you will break down beef, mutton and chicken carcasses into primal cuts; run the band saw to cut cleanly through bone; stuff and link fresh sausages with casings; debone shoulders, legs and loins with a boning knife; mince meat and prepare keema on the grinder; season and marinate meat on request.
