What we are looking for: • Physically fit for standing, bending and reaching all day • Sound knowledge of surface prep and the right primers You will fill cracks and nail holes with filler and caulk the gaps; mask off windows, skirting and fittings with tape and sheeting; strip old paint and wallpaper with scrapers and heat guns; mix and tint paint to match colour swatches; apply primer, undercoat and two topcoats with brush and roller; spray emulsion and enamel using HVLP and airless spray guns.
