Ideal candidate: • Good eyesight and colour vision for visual inspection • ITI or diploma in a mechanical or production trade On a typical shift you will segregate and quarantine defective or out-of-tolerance items; raise non-conformance reports and tag rejected batches; draw samples from batches according to AQL sampling plans; escalate recurring defects to the line supervisor or QA engineer; record measurements on inspection sheets and SPC charts; inspect welds, paint finish and surface defects under inspection lighting.
