Conventional mill operator — Transylvania County

We are recruiting: we are hiring a conventional mill operator in Transylvania County, North Carolina. You will work in a die and mould making unit. The role involves: • Select and fit end mills, face mills and slot drills into collets and arbors • Set tool offsets and the work zero (G54) using an edge finder or probe • Set up and operate vertical and horizontal milling machines • Mount workpieces in machine vices, clamps and fixtures and check for square You should have: • Experience on Fanuc/Siemens CNC controls • ITI/NCVT certificate in machinist or turner trade • Able to read engineering drawings and interpret GD&T Six days a week, one day off.
