Bread and bun maker — Nolan County

Now hiring: we are hiring a bread and bun maker in Nolan County, Texas. You will be based at a cake shop. The role involves: • Rotate stock and follow FIFO on raw materials • Load and unload the deck oven with a peel • Weigh and mix flour, yeast, water and salt to the day's recipe • Check finished products for colour, crumb and weight • Score the top of loaves before baking • Roll out short-crust and biscuit dough What we are looking for: • Able to work early-morning and night shifts • Food handler / hygiene certificate $4,800 per month, negotiable for the right hands. Meals and transport allowance provided. Full-time with occasional weekends. Walk-in interviews this week.
