The role involves: • Call customers for directions or to retry a missed delivery • Pick up parcels from the hub and sort them by delivery area • Handle fragile and perishable items with care in transit • Load and strap the parcels securely in the delivery box • Collect cash-on-delivery payments and issue the receipt Ideal candidate: • Aadhaar / ID proof and address proof • Honest handling of cash-on-delivery money • Physically fit to lift parcels up to 20 kg Freshers welcome — about 4 years of practice is enough.
