Cook wanted in Carbon County

Great opportunity: we are hiring a cook in Carbon County, Pennsylvania. Your main tasks: • Chop, dice and portion vegetables, fish and meat • Prepare stocks, sauces and soups from scratch • Plate and garnish dishes for a quick pass to service • Follow standardised recipes and stick to portion sizes You should have: • Willing to work split shifts, weekends and public holidays • Food hygiene / FoSTaC certificate Six days a week, one day off.
