Vacancy available: we are hiring a powder coating line operator in Henry County, Indiana. Your main tasks: • Keep parts properly earthed so the powder transfers well • Stack and pack finished parts without scratching the coat • Top up and monitor pre-treatment chemical bath concentrations • Run colour changeovers and clean the booth between batches What we are looking for: • Willing to work shifts and overtime • Can read film thickness gauges and colour codes • Able to operate electrostatic spray guns and curing ovens Freshers welcome — about 2 years of practice is enough.
