Scullery hand — Platte County

Urgent requirement: we are hiring a scullery hand in Platte County, Wyoming. You will work in a hotel kitchen. You will keep the dish pit tidy, dry and slip-free throughout service; clean, drain and descale the dish machine at the end of each shift; scrape leftover food off plates and pre-rinse before loading; hand-wash pots, pans and trays using the three-sink wash-rinse-sanitise method; restock clean glassware and crockery behind the bar. Requirements: • Basic food hygiene awareness (Level 2 certificate a plus) • Willing to work evenings, weekends and split shifts 1+ years on the tools preferred. Performance bonus on top of base pay.
