Crane operator — East Carroll Parish

Urgent requirement: we are hiring a crane operator in East Carroll Parish, Louisiana. You should have: • Valid heavy equipment / plant operator licence • Willing to work at remote sites and mines on a roster • Knowledge of pre-start inspections and basic machine maintenance The role involves: • Operate the boom, stick and bucket to dig, lift and place material • Load and unload the machine on and off the low-loader safely • Read site drawings and follow the batter and slope profiles • Keep a safe distance from excavation edges and overhead lines • Level and grade the road sub-base to the surveyor's pegs and string lines • Work in coordination with the banksman and ground crew on signals At least 5 year(s) in a similar role. On-the-job training and a clear path to grow. Full-time with occasional weekends. Walk-in interviews this week.
