Now hiring: we are hiring a backhoe loader operator in Boone County, West Virginia. The job is on an earthmoving and excavation site. Your main tasks: • Operate the boom, stick and bucket to dig, lift and place material • Read site drawings and follow the batter and slope profiles • Break rock and concrete with the hydraulic breaker attachment • Carry out daily pre-start checks on engine oil, coolant, hydraulic fluid and track tension • Work in coordination with the banksman and ground crew on signals Ideal candidate: • Minimum 2-3 years' experience operating earthmoving machinery • Willing to work at remote sites and mines on a roster 2+ years on the tools preferred. Performance bonus on top of base pay. Part-time with flexible hours. Walk-in interviews this week.
