Bricklayer wanted in Delaware County

Immediate opening: we are hiring a bricklayer in Delaware County, Pennsylvania. The job is at a groundworks and structures site. On the job you will handle: • Building cavity walls and bedding in wall ties and insulation • Spreading and furrowing mortar beds with the trowel • Building the corners (leads) first and racking back the courses • Buttering the perpends and tapping each brick down to the gauge • Installing damp-proof courses, lintels and cavity trays • Pointing and repointing weathered mortar joints Ideal candidate: • NVQ Level 2 in Bricklaying an advantage • Reliable timekeeping and able to hit daily brick targets Freshers welcome — about 1 years of practice is enough.
