Baker — Berrien County

Join our team: we are hiring a baker in Berrien County, Georgia. On a typical shift you will check finished products for colour, crumb and weight; pipe and fill cakes, pastries and cream rolls; prove dough in the proofer at the right temperature and humidity; load and unload the deck oven with a peel; monitor oven temperature and baking time for each batch; proof and fry doughnuts, then glaze them. Requirements: • 2+ years' experience as a baker • Able to stand for long hours in a hot kitchen At least 4 year(s) in a similar role. Full-time, day shift.
