Precision welder — Loudon County

Urgent requirement: we are hiring a precision welder in Loudon County, Tennessee. You will work in a pharmaceutical piping facility. What we are looking for: • Proven experience with TIG/GTAW on stainless and aluminium • Comfortable working to tight fit-up tolerances Day-to-day duties: • Inspect welds for porosity, undercut and lack of fusion • Set the amperage on the machine and modulate the current with the foot pedal • Prep and fit up the joint, then lay tack welds before the full run • Weld in flat, horizontal, vertical and overhead positions • Clean the base metal with a stainless brush and acetone before welding Full-time, day shift.
