Vacancy available: CNC milling operator (Iowa)

We are recruiting: we are hiring a CNC milling operator in Cherokee County, Iowa. You will be based in a CNC machining unit. On the job you will handle: • Mount workpieces in machine vices, clamps and fixtures and check for square • Deburr and finish machined edges with files and emery • Monitor tool wear and change blunt inserts and cutters • Set tool offsets and the work zero (G54) using an edge finder or probe • Set up and operate vertical and horizontal milling machines • Hold close tolerances down to ±0.02 mm What we are looking for: • 2-3 years' hands-on milling experience • Willing to work rotating shifts and night shift • Able to grind and set HSS cutters At least 1 year(s) in a similar role. Full-time, day shift. Performance bonus on top of base pay. $5,000 per month, negotiable for the right hands. Contact us to fix an interview.
