Great opportunity: we are hiring a bread and bun maker in Pulaski County, Indiana. You will be based at a neighbourhood confectionery. On a typical shift you will proof and fry doughnuts, then glaze them; laminate puff and croissant dough by folding in the butter; grease and clean baking trays, tins and moulds; prove dough in the proofer at the right temperature and humidity; knead and develop dough by hand and in the spiral mixer; decorate cakes with icing, fondant and fresh cream. Ideal candidate: • Understanding of food-safety and HACCP basics • Able to work early-morning and night shifts Freshers welcome — about 5 years of practice is enough. Rotating shifts.
