Line cook — Harlan County

Immediate opening: we are hiring a line cook in Harlan County, Nebraska. The job is at a roadside dhaba. Ideal candidate: • 2+ years' experience as a cook in a busy kitchen • Good teamwork and clear communication under pressure Day to day you will chop, dice and portion vegetables, fish and meat; monitor food temperatures and run regular HACCP checks; check fryer oil and change it when it breaks down; knead dough and bake breads such as roti, naan and paratha; cook dishes to order on the grill, fry and sauté stations; plate and garnish dishes for a quick pass to service.
