Head baker wanted in Omumma

Immediate opening: we are hiring a head baker in Omumma, Rivers State. You will work in a bread factory. What we are looking for: • 2+ years' experience as a baker • Understanding of food-safety and HACCP basics • Knowledge of dough fermentation and proving Your main tasks: • Rotate stock and follow FIFO on raw materials • Decorate cakes with icing, fondant and fresh cream • Check finished products for colour, crumb and weight • Roll out short-crust and biscuit dough • Score the top of loaves before baking Full-time with occasional weekends.
