Dishwashing attendant — Craven County

Urgent requirement: we are hiring a dishwashing attendant in Craven County, North Carolina. You will work in a hospital canteen. The role involves mop the floors and wipe down kitchen surfaces and splashbacks; wash chopping boards, knives and kitchen utensils; top up detergent and rinse aid and check wash and sanitise temperatures; help unload deliveries and store stock in the dry store and cold room; sanitise crockery, glassware and cutlery to the required temperature; restock clean glassware and crockery behind the bar. Ideal candidate: • Punctual, reliable and hard-working • Basic food hygiene awareness (Level 2 certificate a plus) • Comfortable lifting heavy pots, pans and stock crates Performance bonus on top of base pay.
