Tower crane operator — Scott County

Now hiring: we are hiring a tower crane operator in Scott County, Arkansas. You will work on a high-rise tower crane. On a typical shift you will keep a safe distance from overhead power lines; climb and inspect the tower crane mast and tie-ins; watch the load moment indicator (LMI) and stay within rated capacity; fill in the daily logbook and raise defect reports; hoist, slew and lower loads smoothly and under control; park up the crane, stow the jib and isolate at end of shift. Requirements: • Valid crane operator licence or certificate (CPCS, NPORS or local equivalent) • A good head for heights for tower crane work Freshers welcome — about 4 years of practice is enough.
